Here’s to callouses… (June Newsletter)

Summer’s here, and with it, I’m keeping my foot firmly on the gas pedal. This week, in particular, I’ve got four shows in a 48 hour period. Yeah… what I lack in wisdom, I make up for in enthusiasm! No, the real reason is that I love playing music, and spending time with y’all! That’s why I try to take advantage of every opportunity I can. I’ll be out on the Maple Tavern patio on Friday and at Maverick’s on Saturday.

Speaking of which, if anyone out there is having a get-together of any kind, and wants some live entertainment, get in touch with me. I do house calls!

“At The End Of The Line” has been accepted to a couple of film festivals: The Intendance Film Festival in Colorado, and The Hudson Valley International Film Festival in New York. It’s all happening! Thank you for supporting and sharing this film. It’s starting to do some great things.

In addition, I want to thank you for spreading the word about my little corner of the entertainment industry. I can’t (and probably wouldn’t) do it with out you. Because you drag people out to see me, tell them about my mailing list, website, and social media pages, I’ve seen some steady growth and can continue to strum and scream another day. Thank you!!!

Peace, Love, and Liberty

At The End Of The Line Premier

Last Sunday, I attended the premier for the short film “At The End Of The Line”, for which I performed, recorded, and helped write and mix. Because of the subject matter, I knew I would be proud of this project. I did not expect, however, that as I watched the film roll by, I would get to the end and be held speechless. I’ve watched it five times, and have left with the same reaction each time. The film will be rolled out online soon. I will let you know when it is, so that you can see it. It tells an important story that I believe we need to reacquaint ourselves with, especially with world events, such as they are. I hope these photos will get you excited.
