Ok, enough waiting… I am releasing Firebrand as the first single off of the new album, “Our Troubled Hearts”. I am so excited for you to finally hear it! This is the first song we recorded in the studio and, the band killed it from the first drum fill of the intro to the final chord. It’s a song about how our voice is central to our identity. Protecting our right to speak freely is of the utmost importance.
So when and where can you get this song? Firebrand is going to be released to all of the streaming services on Friday, 11/18/22. I’m excited just to get it out to you, but I’m someone that is driven to do more than just the minimum. I am trying to get the official playlist editors to notice that there is some movement behind this song. If I can get 250-300 people to pre-save “Firebrand”, there is a chance that I will get their eyes to look my way. If I can get on a Spotify or Apple editorial playlist, it’s possible that I can get enough ears on this song to chart. I know, that’s a lot to even dream for, but I believe that we can do it!
